▌Product description
REF GS OILS are refined from naphthenic base crude oil through sophisticated processing techniques, possessing superior lubricity, chemical stability, low-temperature characteristics, and excellent miscibility with refrigerants. Con-sequently, they are capable of maintaining long-term stability in the performance of refrigeration systems during use.
▌Performance characteristics
Chemical Stability: It does not react chemically with refrigerants or other materials present within the system.
Thermal Stability: It does not accumulate excessive carbon deposits in high-temperature areas such as discharge valves.
Low Wax Content: It prevents the oil/refrigerant mixture from forming waxy flocculent precipitates in the low-tem-perature parts of the system.
Low Pour Point: It prevents the precipitated oil from solidifying within the piping.
High Dielectric Strength: Ensures good insulating properties. In sealed units, the oil/refrigerant mixture acts as an insulator between the motor and compressor.
Moderate Viscosity: Even when diluted by refrigerants, it maintains a high-strength oil film under extremely high-tem-perature operating conditions. At the same time, it retains good fluidity under extremely low-temperature conditions.
Prevents abrasion of bearing surfaces, blockage of piping, and premature aging.
