Product Performance: ■ This product is formulated by blending hydrogenated base oil with a variety of functional additives, including extreme-pressure anti-wear agents, friction modifiers, antioxidant and anti-corrosion agents, and rust-inhibiting and anti-foaming agents. It exhibits excellent extreme-pressure performance, wear resistance and durability, rust and corrosion protection, thermal oxidation stability, and demulsification properties. ■ The product meets the quality standards of the American Petroleum Institute (API) GL-5 grade. ■ It boasts outstanding extreme-pressure anti-wear performance, effectively preventing scuffing and wear on gear tooth surfaces under severe conditions such as high-speed impacts and high torque, and demonstrates superior load-carrying capacity. ■ Its remarkable thermal oxidation stability prevents the formation of sludge and deposits even under high temperatures and heavy loads, ensuring clean gear surfaces. Application Scope: This product is suitable for lubricating gear drives, drive axles, and transmissions in various advanced passenger vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and other vehicles—both imported and domestically produced—operating under conditions of high-speed impacts and heavy loads, as well as high-speed low-torque and low-speed high-torque applications, such as those found in railway locomotive gearboxes.
