Product Introduction
CKD heavy-duty industrial closed-gear oil is meticulously formulated using high-quality lubricant base oils combined with multifunctional composite additives and advanced blending technology. This product boasts excellent extreme-pressure anti-wear performance, as well as good thermal oxidation stability, rust prevention, and emulsion resistance. The product is made from refined, high-grade base oils blended with imported composite additives. Its performance meets the standards of GB5903-2011 L-CKD, AGMA 250.04 EP, DIN 51517 (Ⅲ), and US Steel 224.
Scope of application
Lubrication for enclosed gear transmission systems with heavy loads, high temperatures, and impact conditions, where the tooth surface contact stress exceeds 1100 MPa, and which are used in underground mining, cement plants, and metallurgical rolling mills.
Performance Features
Outstanding extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance effectively prevents gear surface scoring, wear, and galling, ensuring smooth gear operation. Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability properties prevent the buildup of sludge and varnish deposits, extending the service life of the lubricant. Superior rust-prevention and emulsion resistance ensure effective corrosion and rust prevention even when water enters the gears. Outstanding foam-control performance provides reliable oil-film protection, maintaining excellent lubrication and heat-dissipation capabilities.
